How onboarding works
Three steps, about 20 minutes of your time.
Send your details
Company name, GSTIN, drug licence (for Scheduled products), city/state and contact person. Email them to contact@tradebioindia.com.
Send your product list
Product name, composition, strength, dosage form, pack config, MOQ and photos — for 5 to 20 products you want listed first.
We build your profile
Your pages are prepared and you review them before they go live. You can update your listings at any time.

What we need from you
- Company name as registered, city/state, and seller type (manufacturer / supplier / distributor / exporter)
- GSTIN (15 characters)
- Drug licence number and type — required for Scheduled (prescription) products
- Contact person, email, phone/WhatsApp
- Your product list with specifications (5–20 products to start) and photographs
What we do not do
- We never take custody of goods and never handle payments between you and a buyer
- We charge no commission on any transaction — free listing is permanent
- We do not allow listing of narcotics, Schedule X drugs, counterfeit products or drug samples for resale
- We do not promise buyer volumes — we promise listings and enquiry routing
Compliance and trust
Scheduled-product enquiries routed to multiple suppliers require verified importer or distributor documentation from the buyer — this protects you as much as us. Reported or prohibited content is removed within 3 hours, and the platform operates as an intermediary that is not a party to any transaction.
